Phase One Design

Avoid Phase One at all cost. Over 11 months into our contract, they are still on the design phase. They proposed up to 94 hours of time and $13,000-15,000 for this phase. They are currently at 217 hours and over $30,000. All while billing me and not informing that they have gone over budget. We contracted Phase One back in January 2022 and were promised that all drawings, permits, etc would be in place to break ground on our build in July or August 2022. We lost all faith in Kathy and her team and we terminated our contract with Phase One. They were unable to provide a breakdown in billing and are not willing to provide drawings to send to another firm. This will be settled in court. Do yourself a favour and take a look at their reviews from 6 years and nothing but negative recent reviews.
