New fridge, 2 years old, compression broken, parts are still under warranty 10 years. But I have to pay for the labor. The labor costs should be included or charged at the discount rate.

Had some issues with our washer and Whirlpool was terrific in sending out the repair person(S) and also ordering the part in a timely manner.

The customer service especially at the help desk was very very good and the repair guys were friendly and worked promptly.

The technician was professional and my dryer was fixed in no time. Thank you. Luckily my dryer was under the extended warranty warranty. It was only 2 years old.

Very pleased with the work your repair people have done, not only that the cooling problem was corrected but the refrigerator has never sounded so quiet.

The oven control knob post on our LG range was broken and caused the oven to work intermittently. Called iCare a technician came out identified the issue and ordered the parts. A week later the same technician came back and fixed the range. Everything is working great. The technician was courteous, cleaned up after the work was completed.

If you need an appliance repaired-- look no further than iCare. This was my first experience with them and by every measure, they well exceeded my expecations. Ali was my repair person and he was outstanding. He knows an LG wahsing machine like the back of his hand. Incredibly personable, dependable, competant and efficient. I cannot recommend this company and Ali in particular strongly enough. Bravo iCare!

We purchased the extended warranty from the appliance store and have used it twice for this product.

The repair team was exceptional from the beginning of the interaction. The ease of use to set up the warranty service via the web portal to the appointment set up and repair all the way through to the courtesy call to ensure the service was great made this an experience that is definitely not what you expect with this type of issue. Would purchase the warranty again if this team is the one that wold support us.
