Clement set up an installation date and was kind enough to change the date when asked to do so (on short notice).
Dennis and Bill did the installation. They were on time, pleasant, courteous and friendly, clean (placing drop cloths where needed and thoroughly cleaning the work area after the work was completed), efficient and thorough. They provided a complete explanation on how to maintain the tank (periodically flushing to remove any sediment), adjust the water temperature and diagnose the readings on the control panel. They even discussed options on how to provide immediate hot water on upper floors instead of waiting for the cold water in the line to be flushed.

I cannot say enough about how good the company is.

We really dont want to miss the opportunity to receive $7100 rebate for the installation or replacement of an air source heat pump. Were so excited when my friend shared this news to us during lunch time. I have verified that the rebate is funded by the Green Ontario Fund, a not-for-profit provincial agency striving to promote the reduction of greenhouse gas pollution. United Home did such a good job to install Keeprite Heat pump system to our house and it works well. I would recommend United Home to all my friends, and I would like to share this good news with anyone who needs it.

My AC broke again and the repair man ask me to add Freon to it but not guarantee it will last the whole summer. Its an old AC and I decided to replaced it. My friend just replaced his AC by United Home Services and they satisfied with it with good price and good quality of work. They responded to my request quickly and installed a Lennox air conditioner for me next day. They had great attitude and service. Deserves a 10 of 10!
