We hired Robert of Gazeebro to install a pentagon garden shed back in June 2020. As part of this project, a sealant had to be applied on the structure once the installation was completed. We made the cardinal mistake of paying the full amount once the initial installation was done, fully trusting Robert to return and complete the sealant work. Since then, we have made several attempts to contact Robert, but he has either avoided our calls/emails or at times given us flimsy excuses that he will show up, but never did. One of his excuses was that it is in Markham and that it is far for him to travel there! (although, he did not have a problem accepting the job in Markham!).
