The Right Guys

Wow. We hired Birkan and The Right Guys for a deck project - to fully prep, sand, and stain our deck. Birkan was professional and committed from the start. He'd recommended a brand of stain for our deck and we agreed. We went ahead with the work. When it was finished, both the quality and colour failed to live up to our expectations. Birkan and the Right Guys team agreed - it wasn't the standard they were used to from this manufacturer. Birkan escalated with the manufacturer, and it turns out that they had changed the formula mid-season and it wasn't of the same quality. He got us a refund, purchased new stain, and redid our deck to utmost satisfaction.

He was in constant communication with us throughout the process. He was honest and committed. Highly recommend. :)

I am beyond satisfied with our deck built by Birkan and his team. The quality of the deck is excellent. The work done by the team is of a high professional standard. The Right Guys are extremely professional, hard-working, accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. They had the foresight to order the lumber in advance as they had anticipated there would be a shortage and therefore were able to start and finish the job in record time. They did 2 two separate jobs for me - my home and my rental home - both on the same street and I am completely satisfied and thrilled with the outcome. I would like to add that one of the GUYS, Alladin, is a perfectionist!

Birkan and Aladdin built a beautiful deck that we absolutely love. The creativity and craftsmanship really sets of their work really stands out. They also restored our 40 year old interlocking brick. Birkan saw the potential in it and knew that power washing it would make it look better - now it looks brand new. All of our work was done very quickly from demolishing our old deck to building the new one. They are fast, efficient, and professional - and my family loved having them around as they are truly lovely people! Thanks guys!

I would describe the right guys as punctual hard-working and clean. I chose to go with cedar recommended by the owner for a better finish which turned out to be spectacular with very little diminishes considerint its wood at the end ofnthebday. Do use at least 5 to 6 different types of sauce they seal all the cuts and use proper deck screws off the footers are poured by the team themselves 12 inch footers with 6 x 6 posts the deck is very strong I can literally parked my car on it. If you're looking to do outdoor carpentry or even masonry work these guys do a great job they did my neighbors deiveway interlock across the street it's been five years with all their big SUVs parked on it the interlocking still looks perfect.

My neighbor and I chose this company because the owner promised he had lumber supplies. Later, with our $500 deposits in his pocket, he denied this promise although both my neighbor and I heard him. Quoting the lumber shortage, which he promised would not be a problem for our fences, he kept delaying the work. Finally, I requested our deposits back because he couldn't do the work or give us at ETA on it. He then told me there was a 25% cancellation fee, which is not on his contract. We settled on a reimbursement of $400, but even then he'd say he'd send it and wouldn't. He called my followups harrassment although I was always calm and polite despite his rude and harsh tone with me, yelling at me during our final phone conversation. He's beyond unprofessional and he's outright dishonest. Avoid these wrong guys.

Birkan and the right guys team did a great job on my shed, it was exactly what I asked for. We designed it ourself and worked very close to get the finished product. I especially liked how Birkan fills you in with what he is doing and allows you to make changes etc. Very professional and was completed on time. I would definitely recommend their service, great job.

Birkan and Aladdin were amazing. Can't recommend these guys enough. Extremely responsive. Very friendly. And most importantly, they do fantastic work. Would hire again. Photos attached show before and after of the work they did on my fence and gate, entrance pillars, and back wall. They also sanded and refinished my front porch floor. Work was done ahead of schedule. Thanks guys!

Birkan exceeded our expectations for this project both in functionality and aesthetics. Even with 2 rain days, he finished the deck and fence on scheduled. We're incredibly pleased with the excellent work. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of my deck built by The Right Guys. They transformed my small, old, decaying builder's deck into a beautiful space where I can hang out with my family for any occasion.
