Calico Design & Renovation

Thanks to Calico Design and Renovation and our project manager Roy, my family are enjoying the beauty of new kitchen everyday. The remodelling included removal of bearing wall to connect the kitchen and family room as one space. This idea was suggested by Roy during the first meeting with him. I had some other idea originally but he did not simply follow mine and suggested this new idea after looking into the house carefully. And his idea made Calico Design and Renovations proposal different from the other ones from other companies. We decided to go with them, and we observed that the idea was realized as we expected in the end.

Roy was also very responsible during the project. He listened to every new requirement and proposed solutions. Whenever we found issues and complains he fixed them with no delay. Most of all he provided the best people who met our needs. As we had some delays with permits from the city, we had very tight timeline to demolish the bearing wall and finish the kitchen work before big family gathering. It looked almost impossible when we finally got the permit but Roy found rightful resource on right time and somehow they finished the job on time.
