BCG Renovations

I hired Godfrey for small concrete work in my backyard shed in September- we added a few other jobs such as painting of living room and bathroom chalking/ grouting- he came in and did the painting same weekend- he did only one coat painting on a few walls - half grouting- i complained and he agreed to come back and do that but asked for more money.

Few weeks later he came late in the evening to work on my concrete- they did a half hearted job and left 9-10 pm- They did not come back to take their frames out as decided and just randomly showed up a week later- the concrete floor chipped as soon as I stepped in a few days later and cracked all over and there is also water collecting - there a huge gap between the door and the porch leading ‘planned sun room’ to feel like open windy room- Grrr!- huge safety hazard for my little children

They left their dirty concrete pales- their cofee mugs and all the broken concrete in front of my shed with a promise to return to fix the concrete floor and clean their mess up- no sight of them since October and we are heading in December-

Me and my husband treated them nice and brought them lunches/ snacks/ cofee while they worked on our projects- i waited over month and a half and am trying to fill the gap they created with some logs and styrofoam to stop the rain and snow from getting in.

I found the quality of their work and material to be substandard. The company is unprofessional and unreliable- explains my 2 stars
