We hired this team after some careful consideration (lots of good companies reached out). These guys showed up on time, didn't complain and packed everything that was needed. All our higher quality items were treated with care and had no issues. They literally never stopped moving.
The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is that after some unpacking we had quite a few items broken in the boxes. There was one young guy that was a little rough with the smaller boxes. To be honest, I always account for the fact that there is going to be some damage or issues when you move. It is unavoidable unless you don't have much to move or have lots of time. But it is always sad to open a box with some broken items. Keep in mind this wasn't a common occurrence and 99% of everything else was great (we also take some responsibility and maybe should've packed it a little better). I would work with these guys again and will recommend them to friends and family.
