Maple Shine Cleaning Services

Horrible experience with this company. I booked a post construction cleaning as I had my entire kitchen redone and all my floors on the main floor removed and replaced. This meant I had fine white dust from the floor cement and drywall all over my house. I explained this when I booked and made it clear I needed a deep clean, not just a regular clean. I was told 2-3 people would come for 6 hours. I was shocked when one girl showed up, she didnt have any cloths, only paper towel and a swifter. Nothing was deep cleaned, baseboards were wiped only with the swifter as were all surfaces, so of course the dust was just moved around, not removed.
Aside from dusting using only a swifter, all decorations were missed, which of course were covered in dust due to the construction. Dan, the owner, came to help the one cleaner once I showed him the dust and explained my concerns. I also gave them a wet cloth after I realized they didnt have any. I asked the cleaner to wipe what was remaining with the cloth, but she didnt have time to do everything. She started to clean my brand new stainless steel appliances with paper towel and window cleaner, which will scratch the surface, but luckily Dan was there by then and stopped her. Floors were also wiped quickly and not thoroughly. To top the whole experience off they put a huge nic in my brand new kitchen cupboards, which I had to get redone. They of course deny it was them, but there was no one else in the kitchen. I never write reviews but after the experience I had with Dan and Maple shine cleaning services I felt I had to warn people.

Cleaner was very friendly, arrived on time and did a great job! Very responsive and helpful company.

I needed someone to come in and do a last minute cleaning before I moved in since the other company I hired backed out. Maple Shine did a great job, I will continue using them in the future.

I have hired so many cleaning ladies , Molly maids and other companies this is by far the best company for cleaning your house.

I had a poor experience with Maple Shine Cleaning. Despite booking an appointment weeks in advance, Dan, the owner, rescheduled multiple times and often cancelled on the day of service. He didn't provide a specific reason for cancellation, but he did mention he had several Airbnb clients he prioritized over his other regular scheduled cleanings.  
I agreed to the constant rescheduling because Maple Shine Cleaning had good reviews on Google, but even when Dan and his team finally showed up at our home, they were over 90 minutes late. Although they did a decent cleaning job, I do not recommend their service, as there are many other companies that are much more reliable and actually value their customer's time.
