Great communication, customer service, installation and product! We're so happy with the whole process and the end result is fantastic. Janet, Phil, Colin and Dave were great. From the friendly prompt reply to our online request, to the install in just over a week, we couldn't be more impressed.

We were looking at an architectural pot light look but found their IG account and saw the flexibility and versatility of the LED track lights and thought we'd get an estimate. So glad we did.

Every interaction was friendly and you instantly get the enthusiasm for what they do. There was no pressure, or hard sell and after discussing the positioning of the colour-matched track lighting we were good to go. They communicated every step of the way about the process and explained how the set up for your home would be.

Colin and Dave were our installers and arrived on time and were done in a few hours. They explained the app and we were setting up custom lighting looks within minutes. There are a ton of presets as well, something for everyone. There was a small hiccup with the install but they were all prompt about correcting it and it was all taken care of by the morning of the next business day. Great customer service from a great group of people. The lights, and our home look great and we're happily recommending Apex Impressions to all of our neighbours.
