Vik installed our waterheater. We are very happy with him. He run into some problems with our installation due to some parts being old. And when he did the test, he found a leak. Took extra time to fix it. Replace the parts. Didn't complain that it took more time than it was supposed to. Left us his card and said to call him if there would be any problems. Amazing service, very detail oriented.

Amount paid was to Quickcontractors to install a gas cook-top for CAS.
Vik (our installer) phoned to say that he would arrive in 30 minutes and he did.
He was friendly, polite and acted in a professional manner.
Upon examining the gas lines on our cook-top which had been installed 20 years ago, he remarked that codes had changed and that the new installation would require modifications. He explained everything that needed to be done with each step.
Unfortunately, the pattern of the original cutout would not accommodate the new cook-top but he completed gas connection (my choice) so that we could use the stove until the cutout could be modified
Despite the disappointment that it couldnt be fully installed, Viks efforts to provide the best possible solution exceeded my expectations.
Vik is a credit to his company and definitely deserves a 5/5 star rating.

Hot water heater installation. Vic does a thorough job checking for water, natural gas and carbon monoxide leaks.

Vik went over and beyond as I had selected the wrong boiler and he helped me identify the correct model and then installed it very promptly.

Excellent work. When the company delivering the appliance mixed up my orders, he personally got involved and helped everything get sorted out. Explained everything to me and attended to store to ensure it got packed up properly and they got the right one that I needed.

I recently got work done by the Humble mechanical ltd. Team to install a RINNAI RU199IN gas tankless water heater and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Vic showed up on time. He was very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with all the decisions we were making.

Vic did an awesome job in making sure that the gas, water, and venting lines look as neat as possible by the time he was done, and I have many other water/gas-fed appliances which made this a more challenging job for Vic but came through in the clutch.
