Amazing and fast customer service. I counted Marcelo through their website. He called me within 2 hours and offered to come same day to install solar powered roof vents. I had intended to get a Whirlybird turbine but Marcelo recommended the solar powered fan as a better option. He came to the house two hours later, demoed the solar vent product and installed two on the same visit. From initial inquiry to completed install was less than 6 hours. Marcelo was professional, cleaned up after the job, and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
