I was in need of a minor outside vent repair, and was referred to MCBM by someone I have known for several years. Marcelo responded to my enquiry quickly, was able to give me an idea of the costs involved, and made a point of coming out first thing the next morning on his way to another job. He was very pleasant, and had the job taken care of very quickly. I will happily be calling him again in the future, and will recommend his services to friends and neighbors.

Gusty winds left old fascia bent and hanging, a hazard to people, pets and property. It was about 30 up there, too high for me. Called Marcelo who came out next morning, secured the damaged old fascia as a temp fix, quoted a proper repair and his team came out the next morning and repaired/replaced the whole front exposure. Quality, clean work done on very timely basis. Marcelo and his team were a pleasure to deal with and were looking forward to future projects with this team.

Marcelo was quick to respond, to identify the issue, and he did the work immediately. He also gave us information about the overall state of our roof which was helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

I contacted Marcello for a gutter repair or replace. He came to my house and did a concise evaluation. He recommended repair with a clear plan that was the best course. His quote was extremely fair and it outlined the repair very clearly. I had his guys come over who were availabile almost immediately. Had the same issue with a dripping eavestrough every winter. Had several different contractors in to fix the problem, but no fix and contractors were long gone.

All the other previous contractors asked for pictures and couldnt bother to check out the problem in person. They found the problem and fixed it. Best part - they have given us a warranty and are standing by their job! They were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Would definitely use MCBM Roofing again or recommend if looking for a roofer!

One of my downspouts was disconnected and damaged, and needed to be replaced. I called MCBM Roofing and spoke to Marcelo. Not only did he provide an estimate over the phone, he also came to my house the SAME DAY to confirm what work needed to be done. Marcelo used a colour swatch to ensure that the new downspout was the same colour as the old one. Marcelo returned a few hours later with the new downspout and installed it. It took no more than 4 hours from my first phone call with Marcelo to the moment the downspout was fully replaced. Marcelo was professional, courteous, and customer-focused. I would hire MCBM Roofing again in the future.

Marcelo and his team did an an amazing job on our home and worked quickly, professionally and cleaned up up after each work day. Very satisfied with their work and they were very easy to communicate and negotiate with. Highly recommend this company.

My eavestroughs were damaged in two parts and I had called to get quotes from other companies. It took one company over 2 weeks and after reminding them, I got someone to come and look. They didn't seem interested at all. I called Marcelo this week and he came the next day to check my damaged eavestroughs. He is an honest and very kind individual. He explained everything and gave me a written quote to review. His workers came the same day were very professional. They cleaned up the entire area like there were never there. He called me before his workers left to see if I have any concerns.
