We had an intermittent leak in our garage which only occurred when it rained heavily and was difficult to pinpoint the root cause. Meticulous and detailed, he conducted a thourough inspection of the ceiling inside the garage, the roof on the top and applied the appropriate fix after explaining the issue in detail.
