Window Air Conditioner Install

This team is highly responsive, personable. They did a difficult air conditioner install for two air conditioners in a high rise condo. Although the job took longer than anticipated, due to the window structure, they spent the extra time as needed to ensure both installs were secure. They arrived with all the tools and materials. Pictures were sent in advance of the install of both windows.

Approximate cost of services:
$500.00

Update: While both air conditioners were well secured in the window unfortunately, after the first heavy rainfall, water came through both windows like a waterfall. I had to have the plywood and duct tape removed and plexiglass installed and sealed. After removing the plywood we saw that the plywood did not reach across the full window opening and was filled in with duct tape on one window and that no caulking had been used on either window. I have included before and after pictures;
The plywood and duct tape is EDA's installation and the plexiglass is the after. While I think that they did try to do their best with the materials they had, in hindsight this really was a two step job. More questions could have been asked by the contractor in advance of the job.
