From the initial visit for an estimate to the completion of the work, Mark was very kind and communicative. He took a No-pressure approach, explained his thinking around options, and consulted with me about all the decisions along the way. He was also flexible around the installation date when we had some unrelated work go longer than expected at the house.
The rest of his crew were also friendly and worked well, completing the project in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaning up after the work was done. The heat pump is working great and has addressed all the heating issues we hoped it would.
