After going back and forth between a few companies I hired Total Care for my moving and storage needs. Truthfully it was Angela that stood out. She was very bubbly on the phone, she also really took her time explaining the price and process. I needed some short term storage. What I really liked is that they offered truck storage without having to move my things so many times from the truck to unit and vice versa. This was a game changer for me as it minimizes the risk of potential stress our damage to my artifacts. Once I was ready with my delivery date they booked in my delivery. The same truck did in fact show up so I know my things stayed put until the delivery. No damages that I could see. Overall cost was reasonable and I very much appreciated that we didnt go over the quote given to me. This was a big factor when deciding as well. Angela incorporated everything into one quote and gave me a fair range so that I can budget accordingly and wisely. Paying the bill was easy as well. Thank you Angela for sticking to your promises.
