It was tough times every where especially through the inflation, but Alex properly guided us through it and completed the work. As homeowners for over 25 years we dealt with so many contractors in the past, but Alex stands out from all of them. His personal interest and passion to finish the work on time and with in budget and with all the added baggage, its amazing.

It was a old bungalow. Alex and his company built a custom home 2800 sq ft with 1400 sq ft basement with separate entrance. There was a lot of structural and support changes, arrange the workers and followup city inspections.

They completed the job within 10 months. Excellent quality, reliable, honest and professional people. I recommend them!

Alex, Biren and team have gone above and beyond to work with us to tackle renovations on a historical building with challenges including old plumbing, rotting sub floors, etc They worked in a very tight budget and gave us the crucial repairs and look we were seeking in those areas. Alex and Biren came to my house to give a quote. They both were very easy to get along with. They were quick to answer questions i had about the scope of the job. I really appreciated the quickness that they got back to me with the quote. The quote was very competitive and or par with the other we received.
