North Star did a terrible job framing, building the deck ( not levelled), window leaking, ceiling and deck unfinished, HVAC half done. Took 95% of the money and declared bankruptcy and no where to be found. Kelvin, Steve and Heather are all greater actors, they are not trustworthy, do not listen or trust them. DO NOT ever hire them for any jobs! Beware!!!
