New Garage Door

Got the contact of Ed from a post. We agreed on a date and time. He wad right as per schedule. I was impressed by his approach by being patient, polite and very transparent.
We agreed on the deal without any deposit required. He promised the job will be done within one month and that was completed before.
The quality of the is of high standard and the technician who came in had very good customer service and provided all necessary advice.
I strongly recommend this company because of their service quality, professionalism, promptness, reliability and reasonable price.

Emergency release required.

This is a unsolicited review endorsing Ontario Garage Door Services. If you have anything that requires attention on your garage door - DO NOT HESITATE to call on this company. I needed a emergency release installed on our garage door. We were left without access to our car after two power outages this year alone. So I found Ontario Garage Door Services on HomeStars's website. I read their reviews and gave them a call. Ed (Owner) answered my call promptly and he was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and the pricing was very reasonable. Mike (Technician) arrived at the appointed day and time. He too was friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Excellent and Timely Service

Ed and Mike were very informative, thorough, professional and friendly, when speaking via phone and providing all the information about the different garage door designs (we only needed 1 door to replace a damaged door and thus it had to match the existing 2nd garage door).

They also stuck to their word: they called back when they said they would (I found that their local competitor company dont do that) and they came and installed the door when they said they would, which was on Friday June 10th. Very happy with this company and if any further garage servicing need arises, Ill be sure to call them.

Communication was great . Technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Fixed what was broken on the garage door opener ( alignment) explained why it was happening . I requested information on replacing my doors and he provided brochures and made suggestions to compliment our home. Prices were very fair but customer service, communication, knowledge & experience was exceptional.
