I was very happy with the service and product. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I called. They were able to accommodate doing it on the long weekend. Technician Henry was very friendly and professional job was done in a timely manner as promised. I definitely recommend!!

Ed showed up and recognized the problem and solved it immediately. He only charged me for the replacement part and no labour because he was in the neighbourhood and he knew how to solve it immediately. This is the 2nd time I used their services and both times the problems were quickly fixed for a reasonable price.

The garage had a broken cable so I called and Ed quoted me within the $140. He sent Tony over yesterday, Tony initially said oh we need to replace also the 2 brackets and so it would be $230. So ok, we agreed to change. He started the job and stopped half way and said now we need to change the spring which will cost us another $200. We did not agree to the spring as it's been working. He was not happy and we feel he did not put enough tension now which will damage the garage motor eventually. We asked and he said he did which we did not believe. We were not satisfied with the repair. We expect the work to be honest and upfront with the cost, but very disappointed. Sharing our experience to others hoping to help you stay away from them.

Had a problem with remote and home link. ed solved everything so everything was operational in less tha 15 minutes. Ed knows his stuff - excellent service and terrific value. Highly recommend

This team is doing excellent job especially Mr. Ed who did perform health check ( fine tune, lubrication) on our garage door, followed by replacement of rollers (ball bearing ones). Since then the door is running very smooth and less vibration and minimal sound. This team is always phone calls away in case of and garage door related emergencies. I would certainly recommend this team.

Ed came out on the long weekend within 3hrs of us placing the call. Ed was courteous, professional and also just old school straight shooter and we appreciated that very much. He went above and beyond to explain everything he is replacing and why, he explained the warranty in detail and made sure for an olde door other parts were working he wasn't trying to up sell us or push us to replace anymore parts. I contracted with a North York company to replace my broken garage door. However, after over 4 weeks with frequent phone calls and many promises, but no action, I was convinced I had a substantial problem.

I called Ontario Garage Door Services and their owner responded immediately, coning to my home and leaving me with a detailed quotation.

The next morning my new garage doors were installed and they are operating flawlessly. That's responsive customer care.

A panel on my garage door snapped off while opening. I was sure the whole door was going to be replaced and that it would be an expensive fix. This happened on a Friday afternoon and most companies I called said they dont work on weekends unless we paid the emergency rate which is very expensive.

Luckily I notice a sticker on the garage door for this company (only moved in a couple weeks ago). I called and spoke to a gentleman who said that someone would come the next day (Saturday) and it wouldnt be any more expensive due to it being on a Saturday.

Here were on Saturday (less than 24 hours after the door broke) and my garage door is better than it was before. My technician, Mark, was very positive and friendly. He assessed the damage, and then personally drove to the nearest hardware store to get the supplies he needed. The whole job took less than 90 min from start to finish. He was also able to sell me and set up a door opener remote. Amazing Jon all around and I highly recommend!
