Had a Pergola built in my backyard attached to the house and reinforced an older deck. The work was done on time and we were very impressed with the final job. We gave Serge additional work to replace three fence post. His quote was cheaper then the other quote we received but the work was poor. The old concrete was not completely removed and the cement cylinders that were put in were a least a foot above ground. Old cement thrown underneath the deck. It was a rush job and this time we were very disappointed with the work.
