I recently bought a home that was built in 1912, and hired Pat and Jimmy to refinish the original floors as well as take care of replacing a small section of the floor. Pat was easy to work with, responsive and addressed my concerns. Thanks to Jimmy's work the floors look great, it is remarkable how much life was brough back to floors!

Pat is very friendly, reliable and professional. They did great work, very meticulous, easily working around a curveball that I threw them (adding to the job by having them remove cemented-down tile and laminating the entire recroom instead of just part of it).
They also worked neatly around a pool table - no simple task. Final job was very well done

Rosebank Hardwood installed 3 1/2' Oak Hardwood on 2 levels of my house 930' main floor and 1200' second floor including subfloor strengthening on main. Refinished existing staircase - sanded, stained and sealed steps and handrails and painted pickets. Big job which was completed in under 2 weeks including removing carpeting and old flooring. Staircase was tricky. They had to remove the old pickets to properly sand and finish but it was worth it. Floors and staircase look great and no annoying squeaks anywhere.

I had them replace my floor (Laminate) at this house. They also repaired the handrail and pickets going to the basement. They were fast, efficient, and did the project according to my schedule and specifications. Very competitive price as well.

They made the whole experience effortless for me . My wife and I were very pleased with the service and are still loving are beautiful hardwood floors. I would and have recommended them .
