Ethan is a very professional and takes his job with pride. He did a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom sink faucet and replaced a fill valve for a toilet. He cleaned up very well after the work. Also he was very quick with the replies when I was asking for quotes.

He's reliable, shows up on time, does only the work that is necessary, he explains everything and cleans up beautifully after he's completed his work. And, he's the nicest man you'll meet. You won't be disappointed.

I hired Ethan of McPipe Plumbing to install 2 sink faucets in the master bedroom washroom. He overcharged us severely for this job. Namely, he charged us $406 including hst to install the 2 faucets. He also told us that if had installed only one faucet, the charge would be the excessive price of $250 plus hst. I also hired him to install a faucet in a rental property we own. That turned out to be a very stressful experience. First time he cancelled the job and when I re-booked he was 2 hours late which upset the tenants. I would not recommed McPipe Plumbing - Then is unreliable and charged too much for the jobs. Ethan of McPipe plumbing is now claiming that he offerred us a full refund. It is not true he did not offer us any refund.

Needed to replace a broken shower arm with as well as the elbow where the arm connects, because piece of the broken arm was stuck in the elbow. Ethan done the work quickly and tried to keep the working area as neat as possible. In all, very positive experience and I would use the company for my plumbing needs in future.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional ! He came right on time for our appointment and was honest about the problem we had and how much it would cost. Straightforward and easy going explained in detail what the problem was. I would highly recommend them ! They were amazing !

Need water main valve in house repaired as well as diverter for tub/shower
Ethan was prompt which helped with co ordinating the city water shutting off.
Knowledgeable, clean, polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend and he will be my go to plumber from now on.

Ethan did such fantastic work with our kitchen faucet. He is the guy for the job! You can't ask for any better. A very friendly person who is thorough and perfection driven. 10/10 for the whole service, from beginning to end. He answered all the questions and accommodated for the time/schedule. He also gave a few advices along the way to other water related problems and helped us understand the problems and options.

If you need a plumber- CALL. THIS. GUY!! Ethan is legitimately the best plumber I have ever encountered. He is an amazing problem solver and will stay until he finds the perfect fix. Hes patient, kind and fair.
