I am a landlord, I have experienced a lot of difficulty with contractors. They are either dishonest, delaying or blackmail during the project, downgrading the materials as promised, etc.....
It is a real nightmare to find a reliable contractor
The nightmare is gone until I met Matthew
He is a guy without all bad habitual in the contractor's field.
He is honest, reliable, punctual, furthermore he is highly educated that lead him to be a very reasonable person
I have been hiring him as my sole contractor for more than 3 years.
What else you can expect from a contractor? I highly recommend Matthew will be the dream person for you
