I've hesitated to write a review because it's difficult to write an honestly bad review for such nice guys. Great, hard workers.
However, we had MANY MANY damaged items (antiques, dressers, china cabinets, etc). 1st time ever using a professional mover and we've never had so much damage. When we pointed out some of the damages to the owner, he said "well, you know a lot of people go through their furniture with a fine tooth comb after the fact and try to tell me that it was our fault, but that's not what I'm saying your doing." Really? He then said that to put it through insurance (which we were willing to do) he'd need the following: receipts of purchases, bar codes of purchases, etc. By this point I was not impressed and asked how we were to provide these with family heirlooms and antiques that had been passed down by our parents. After some discussion he offered $200. We have since found many more damaged pieces of furniture.
We were told their employees are bonded for insurance but they put an ad on FB to get more helpers at our destination. Imagine our surprise when guys just showed up (before the truck) and claimed they were here to help us move in. We had no warning or idea that this was going to happen.
I also had missing medication and caused great concern and difficulty..
As I said, be very careful!!
