After booking our appointment we received confirmation of our scheduled appointment and on the day of the install, Adam reached out to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he installed our new opener, explained to us in details how to use it, remote, sensor, keypad etc. Adam is very knowledgeable, very efficient, friendly and customer service oriented.
