Absentee owner, poor quality installation, no warranty or service.
Save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Original owner built up a great online review and social media presence then sold the business. I was one of his last installs in 4q of 2022. Two expensive Garaga brand doors with walk throughs, over 10k paid. They never worked right from the start. Owner paired the doors with side mount openers and low headroom tracks despite the manual for the opener saying they should never be used with low headroom tracks.
Ever since then it's been one service call after another with never a returned call. Have spent additional thousands just getting the doors to work, springs broken, motors dead, cables constantly falling off the door. Finally the new owners agreed to come on site after several months and told me to fix it on my own. Left me with a single piece of electrical tape to shim the cable.
Take your money elsewhere unless you like getting left with thousands of dollars of equipment with no warranty and that does not work.
