Our shower leaked through the ceiling and we thought we were in a heap of trouble. Jeff wanted to be sure that the issue wasn’t just a simple fix, so he did some work and monitored with us over the next few days. When the leak stopped and we mentioned some other work that we needed done, he graciously made time in his schedule for these other simple items. In short, I am equally impressed by Jeff’s character as I am by his work. He’s coming back for one more fix in a week or so. Friendly. Professional. Honest. Easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend him to others.
