I needed a quick plumbing fix for a larger project that was ongoing. Jeff was able to come quickly. He assessed the entire situation and was able to suggest something that was less invasive and less costly that solved the problem and allowed us to continue with our larger project with little loss of time. He even took the extra step to validate that what he had done would work for next steps. He was very professional in these COVID-19 precautionary times as well.
