I hired them to do wall and ceiling cleaning due to sawdust from sanding the hardwood. We agreed at $600 for both basement and main floor. On the cleaning day I decided to include vacuuming and moping the floor. Vanessa wanted additional $200 and I agreed saying as long as they do a good job. Then I asked that they clean the ceiling fan and lights and change the bulbs on the main floor. She wanted another $100 saying it is going to take additional time. So I paid $900 in total. Few days later we found that all the windows were not wiped and the patio door was still filthy. Does windows and patio doors not part of a wall to clean? Not very happy.
- Company Response
I'm very sorry for your disagreement Patrick, but you requested wall and ceiling cleaning and accordingly I gave you a price. The main price does not include floor, windows, carpet and glass doors as is your patio door. As you mention, everything was requested at the time of cleaning. so the price increased. Again, I'm very sorry for your disagreement with the rest of the cleaning.
