I requested a quote thru HomeStars and Ecotech was the second company to answer but it inspired me more confidence so we hired. William was one time and walked around the house looking for any possible carpenter bee activity. From that day we had no more bees around and we feel safe to have kids outside. I do recommend Ecotech
