I first hired EMR Renovation Services to inspect my roof since the shingles were already 26 years old. Endri scheduled the inspection and was on time. After inspecting the roof, he submitted a report and showed the problem in writing with pictures. After discussing with him, he suggested that the shingles be replaced so that all of the problems will be solved. I was happy with his professionalism that I decided to hire him to replace the shingles. I told him that he should give me a heads up prior to the start of the project which he did. And again he was on time and never changed the schedule. The project lasted for 2 days as he promised. But most important he gave me pictures while the work was in progress allowing me to see what was happening. During the 2 days working on the roof, the workplace was clean and workers were efficient. He would come to the site to check in his workers and progress and would report back to me. When he finished, he submitted a video of the roof and pictures to show before, during and after the project. I also had some reasonable requests which he accommodated without any pushback. As important is his customer servicehe was always available when you called him even past work hours. He was very responsive to the needs of the customer which is important given that this is a major project. In summary, Endris company is experienced, honest, professional, efficient and has excellent customer service. I will hire him again and will not hesitate to recommend him to others. Most important, there was no stress during the project! Keep up the good work Endri.
