Home extension and Underpinning.
We hired Strategic home group for major extension and basement underpinning and finishing. We met with several contractors for over three months. We felt comfortable giving the work to Strategic homes group. Raj was our point of contact through the whole process. We had a wonderful experience both personally and professionally. Raj was very transparent about the dates he provided for completion of various stages. They finished the project well before the contract deadline. His sub contractors were very professional and did an excellent job in finishing.
My wife and I are truly impressed with the addition and basement. Raj did a little extra work of doing our side walk and extra potlights in the kitchen.
