We hired Quadra Building Group to do interlocking the front of our house and our backyard. The next day one of the managers came to our house and gave us a quote (which was very fair) and estimated time needed to finish the project. He promised they will start the work the next week and they kept that promise. It took them exactly one week to finish and wow! both me and my wife were amazed in the end.

This was our first time doing such project and we had no idea what to do. Before they start their work, they gave us some suggestions on what can be done with some sample pictures from their previous projects. I am very glad we listened to their guy and went with some of the ideas he gave us.

After few years of debating to renovate our home or buying another home with what we wanted, we decided on renovating our home to make the layout work better for our family. Before we started our renovations, we had asked our friends and family that had done their renovations if they would recommend their contractor to us. Unfortunately, none of them would recommend their contractor because they had bad experience and wouldn’t want to see us go through the troubles they faced.

We met several contractors for estimates and “Quadra Group” was one of them. When you meet Nader and his team, you will immediately realize that they are very knowledgeable, honest, detailed and definitely not pushy like some of the other contractors.

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to select Quadra for our renovations. Quadra entire team, Peyman and Peter have also the same great qualities – everyone that worked on our project were all so professional ,caring, knowledgeable, detailed, never took any shortcuts and always took the time to explain complicated construction challenges in the simplest way and proposed solutions.
A month after our renovations began, the COVID-19 Pandemic resulted in lock down. This was a challenge that no one had faced before but leave it to Nader and his crew to navigate through it with total calmness and coming up with solutions to every challenge that we faced. All our friends and family worried that our renovation project would turn into a nightmare because of the Pandemic, but to their surprise we were able to move back into our home on time and the workmanship was impeccable.

I can recommend Nader and his excellent team to anyone who wants to do any kind of renovation.

Their technical know how and and professional way of working is commendable. They did all work in time in an organized manner at a competative price. They are hard working and trust worthy. Quadra building group finished our basement and turned it into a separate apartment. The trade staff were very professional. Throughout the process, there was continuous communication--it was always easy to reach them by phone, text, or email--so we could work through the numerous decisions and problem-solving that are inherent in any major renovation. We were so pleased with Quadra's solution-focused approach to ensure that all the details were well taken care of, which included coming up with many creative solutions. We loved the attention to details. Quadra gave me a peace of mind without sacrificing the quality of workmanship.

This renovation project only cost me $40,000. Quadra utilized the budget perfectly and were able to renovate the entire main level of my house, removed some walls to open the space up, covered the floors with vinyl laminate, full bathroom renovation, installed new windows, roof was changes, entire house was painted, kitchen was remodelled and renewed, and all the trims were replaced.
