Basement Renovation review in

Had my roof replaced in August 2021. Great job. At the time we payed to have 1 eave replaced. We were told it had to be done at a time when they had other jobs the same. Fair enough, so here we are almost 1 year later still waiting for a job that was paid for last year. I spoke to Paul once and he said he would call back with a date to finish the job. I have texted him at least 10 times. He ignores my messages. Not at all pleased. Hoping to not have to go as far as small claims court on this one
