Booked a truck, showed up with a portable unit

When I booked them I requested a truck unit to clean my duct (I have a larger house) & they showed up with a portable unit. I would have booked a different company at half the price if a portable unit would have been sufficient. Which I told them when I booked.
I also said to schedule it when they were in the area (to avoid a travel fee) but they still charged us the travel fee. Almost $500 later & my ducts are better but still not clean. There response was to deny I was ever a client
