Very impressed with expertise and customer service
Blake’s team installed our Nest in June, and when it malfunctioned after our building switched from a/c to heating (6 months later, during a pandemic and through no fault of the installer), he spent several hours with us over the phone, and eventually in person, troubleshooting and investigating the problem. Super impressed at the expertise, friendly service and responsiveness, and especially at how they took ownership of the problem (a rarity with many contractors). We weren’t charged anything extra for his extra time, and are super happy to have a working Nest once again.
