I needed a quick electrical wiring fix at my apartment. Two things made me write a review when honestly I usually just don't.

1. I messed up and booked the wrong date. I booked off time and accidentally chose the day after I intended.

2. My building is not the easiest of buildings to understand. There was an issue with a concierge who didn't want to them let in.

And in almost every other situation with a contractor, I'd be given a reason it would cost more and endless headaches back and forth.

Instead I was treated so well. Professional, courteous, excellent customer support. I'll admit, I didn't make it easy on them, but despite that, I was not blamed for rescheduling at the last minute or having time taken navigating my building. They just handled it.

That's how a company builds a loyal customer base and that's why they will be my first call anytime I need electrical work again.
