They showed up during the window they said they would. He immediately quoted a price of $280 to install the bellow. It is routine work and surely this could have been quoted ahead of time. I felt dooped by the $75 service call becoming $280 within a minute of looking at it. I had shared the model number with them along with a photo to better quote the work. The part I provided was damaged so he returned later that day with a new replacement part. The fix was quick and seems to be working. From a repair perspective, seems like quality service. I just had issues with how the business side of things went down, which I know is out of the service technicians hands.
