I moved to a new place last year and then discovered a leaking roof.
Great Work Roofing was referred by my neighbour. Everything was done in one day and the pricing was fair. They were able to provide good advise and found some critical issues at my vents also. They fixed everything and I was happy with the services.

They were on time and were able to complete the job (replacing some shingles and flashing) very quickly. A little difficulty with communication due to a language barrier but they are well priced and provided a 10 year warranty for their work. Would recommend.

The roof was leaking when it was really cold. He cane knowing what the issue was. We bought a vent and he changed it on the spot. He gave me 10 years labor warranty and a great price. I would recommend him.

Their english is not the greatest, however, they make up for it and more with their honesty, hard work, fairness, price and quality of work! I was skeptical at first, but Mr. Lin was adamant he could do the whole job effectively and at a great price. I had raccoons trying to get into the attic. The shingles were a bit soft, however, the roof doesn't need to be changed for at least another 5 years. Nevertheless, the raccoons found a couple of weak spots and started ripping out the shingles and chewing away at the plywood underneath trying to get into the attic. Lin put aluminum flashing along the entire length of the house along with new shingles and checked the rest of the roof and addressed weak spots as needed (nails, new shingles, tar). Below are pictures of the raccoon damage. The last picture is the finished result. I highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, quality of work and great price. I definitely recommend!
