Moved furniture from Whitby to Barrie - were to be at house at 9:30 am to load - called and apparent truck problems and would be there in 45 minutes - arrived at final destination at 4:45pm which is a 2 hr drive. Original quote $375 then following day changed to $425. Upon furniture being loaded on truck asked for $565 and a tip or they would not release my furniture. No blankets were used in moving the furniture, they squeezed an italian leather sofa through door resulting in scratches on the arm. Both movers asked to use washroom and one asked to use my iphone charger to charge his phone. They drove over my front lawn to unload rather than use driveway. Upon my daughter and myself calling to complain, person on phone started yelling and swearing at us then hung up. This company's action are deplorable and need to be reported to BBB, Consumer Protection Act, Competition Act, Kijji etc. which I am proceeding to file complaints also small claims court for damages. Total misrepresentation and false advertising which needs to be dealt with to protect others from having to experience this type of abuse.

Hired them to move some bakery equipment and supplies from a storage unit to my location. They showed up 1.5 hours after our arranged time. They did not bring the vehicle that we agreed (lift gate on back of truck). The Movers were not professional and had no lifting equipment. They dropped a piece of equipment causing significant damage (exceeded my bill). I paid the bill when they provided me with their Certificate of Insurance. I called and the insurance had been cancelled months ago. They are not responding to my calls, texts or emails. DO NOT HIRE.

I hired these movers to move a stove and a bedroom set from my house to my mother's house. The 2 men that came, were clearly not professional movers. They complained that the furniture was too heavy. They ordered a pizza as soon as they got to my house and they were already late. They didn't introduce themselves. They didn't use the dolley that they left on my front porch even though, i asked them to use it to move the stove and then they ultimately broke it. They told me that their boss would replace it. I have

spoken to this person on numerous occasions since November 7th and he told me that it will be replaced. Clearly, I'm getting the run around. Very unprofessional and they dont't stand by their mission statement or by what they advertise on their website. Huge disappointment.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
They have no idea what they are doing.

They were 3 hours late for the move, came with a smaller truck than requested so most of my items did not fit and i had to move them with my car. They subsequently refused to offload my items unless i paid more money than was quoted. Worst of all, all my furniture had scratches, including a broken shelf. Very unprofessional

On time good movers safe quick on their feet I would recommend them again very professional attitude I called in morning and they showed up on time they took payment once everything was done

The worse moving experience ever !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! So unprofessional movers showed up 3 hours late , then told me one price I signed contract then once everything was on the car charged me $200 extra just for their pockets bascically!!!! I give this company 1 star the worse I don’t suggest this company!!!!!!!

So unprofessional! Do not trust them if they say cheaper price at first. They will ask for money first, transfer your staffs into truck and then ask for more money!
