Stages Construction Ltd

This What's my first major renovation in Calgary. I recently moved down from whitehorse where it's a whole different ball game dealing with contractors in a larger city. After meeting with Warren and Shane they seem to have their professionalism and their information was very detailed oriented. Unfortunately due to a issue with ordering the cabinets, that I might add Warren accepted responsibility for and made it right, my kitchen was delayed about 3 months longer than it should have been. Although I was frustrated at the time, I will admit Warren did communicate, did make it right and did compensate for this situation. I have nothing but great admiration and respect to a contractor that can admit faults and accept responsibility. The job was finally completed and as you can see by the picture it was a major transformation and he did an absolute beautiful job.
Unfortunately not all contractors are this legit and this trustworthy. I know this first-hand because my current contractor for my bathroom is a complete nightmare and I'm in legal proceedings with him.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Warren and Stages Construction.

Warren, Shane and the whole Stages team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They completed a full reno of our 1960's era kitchen, including wall removal, natural gas additions etc. Throughout the process they were straightforward, and always available to answer questions or follow up on items.

They went above and beyond to make our vision come to life (including custom building a railing from our drawings) and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Warren and team were fantastic to work with this spring. They helped us to create and adapt our plans for a complete renovation of our main bathroom, including building a new wall and installing a fireplace. Warren was very responsive throughout the process from the initial quote through completion of the work. The vendors they used also provided great service and a good product. They started the work as planned and finished on schedule. Each day, the worksite was thoroughly cleaned and everyone was very respectful of our home and space. Suggestions offered from their experience helped us to create a space we are very satisfied with.

We had a complete basement development completed by Stages Construction. In short; complete pros! Warren and Shane listened to our requests; made great suggestions and delivered an outstanding, high quality project, on time (early actually) and on budget. We were very impressed by the trades brought in for work not completed by the Stages team, specifically painting, plumbing and electrical. Stages sense of pride in work extends to these trades. The best way I can say it is that Warren and Shane treated our project like it was their own basement and the end delivery shows that. We would and have highly recommended Stages. We had a complete rebuild of our deck by the team at Stages Construction Ltd. They are professional, respectful, hard working and reliable. They are knowledgeable and dealt with unforseen problems efficiently. They were also very friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns or changes to the design we had. Being a local company to us, we really felt like we were working with a neighbour who cared about the work and it wasn't just another job to them. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Warren did a wonderful job on our 1300 square foot just outside of Canmore. He finished on time and on budget. We are so pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Warren and Stages Construction.

Our sunroom extension experience with Stages construction ltd. was excellent. Warren, the owner is easy to talk to and figure out plans. Always available to answer questions and very responsive. The workers were really professional and polite.

In the end, the sunroom looks fantastic, and the new hardwood flooring in the living room looks great. It all came in right on budget. I'll be happy to use Stages construction services again.

Warren and team did an excellent job of turning my tiny basement into a livable space that my family loves. They worked with little interruption to our regular routine, cleaned up after themselves daily, and worked with all my little requests. Plus, they were done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Stages Construction - the finished product looks great.

A complete change from the old kitchen--top to bottom. Walls were moved, doors widened, tiles replaced, ceiling replaced, all new appliances, 100% changed. Warren had all the right people to do demolition, electricity, cabinets, plumping, granite, etc. There were some surprises--as would be expected in a project this big--but Warren was patient and helped us through the changes and compromises and everything in between. Very happy. Love my new sun tunnel too.
