KitchenAid fridge stopped cooling a month ago. I called KitchenAid, and they advised us to use their repair service. They work with this company. I got an appointment to diagnose the issue. A technician came and told us that they'll order a part which is in stock and would take a week to install. We didn't hear anything from them for almost two weeks. I contacted them to see what was happening and was told that the part was on backorder and we were waiting for it to arrive. One week later, I contacted KitchenAid again. They told me that the part was ordered a week ago, the day I called the service to check on the status. We've been waiting for the service to install the part, but it seems they didn't bother to order it. It's been almost a month with no fridge at home. KitchenAid and their service provider are making our life harder.
