My Samsung dryer has a hard to diagnose problem and it ran about 20 minutes before turning itself off and would not turn on again for another 20 minutes.
Got next day service, friendly customer service, and quick repair replacing a small sensor he had with him. Very fair price and very convenient quick books pay after receiving email invoice. I used to use North Durham and they are very good as well but do not do Samsung and don't have an email pay setup.
