We hired Tracy and his crew to remove the old carpeting in three bedrooms of a condo and install laminate in its place. We needed a contractor who would be considerate of our tenant and able to complete the job without needing any oversight, as we do not live in Edmonton. Tracy found an excellent match to the laminate already in the suite, completed all work by the promised date, and did a terrific job. We are impressed with his work and happy we decided to hire him. We would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Flooring in my house was a patchwork of lino and laminate. A friend recommended this company (friend of friend) and I described what I wanted. He (and his 2 employees) did an even better job than I expected. The tileset is beautiful and they were very neat, cleaning up after themselves every day. (i bought the tile myself and the store sent three different dye lots. Tracy helped me get them to replace it with a single dye lot as well) I am having Home Access Solutions back to do more work.

Needed a complete basement bathroom re-build after some house settling / floor doming issues. Also needed various drywall repairs throughout the home, and several door jamb / door adjustments.
I was impressed with Tracy's extensive knowledge and his attention to details. He kept me informed at all times, and his crew did excellent work; they were friendly but always professional and tidied up nicely at the end of each work day.
I have no reservations recommending this company.
