Absolutely do NOT use this company. I contacted this company in spring 2021 to remove a park model trailer from a farm I just purchased. This park model is situated next to a very pretty pond, used for camping, fishing, and entertaining. The Project Kings showed up to remove the deck beside it and left it in a heaping mess with nails and screws exposed. After approximately 2 months of calling and texting asking when they are going to pick up the park model trailer, they finally got back to me saying they would have it picked up shortly. Weeks later they were not returning any messages, so I resorted to phone calls, email, web site enquiry and text all within the same day. They told me they are basically too busy to get this done within the timeframe that was required. Today, they told me "There is nothing we can do for you at this time. As we have no binding legal contract with you this job will not be completed at a verbal request only. As we are unable to perform the request within your timeline we at this point regrettably release your request.". This is interesting as I know they do not usually do contracts (from other experience I have with them), yet they are willing to enter private property, start a job and not finish it, leaving their customers in a desperate situation. I am involved with many other similar businesses and have never been treated so poorly. I now have to pick up the pieces and finish this job months after they entered my property to start it. If they would have been upfront to begin with, I could completely understand and even sympathize with a heavy work load, but the lack of communication and last-minute ditching of a customer midway through a job is completely unacceptable.
