Never showed up after setting time on my day off
We have 6 leaks as a result of poor roof job Matteo performed. After promising our team he will show, I finally decided to call himself.
He said he will come on Sunday which was my day off. Since it was quite a drive from my home, I stressed to him so and told him I will be coming especially for him.
He still did not show up and did not bother to call. He could have stood my up during workdays but instead he decided to do it on Sunday. Not a single speck of care and total apathy.
I have the conversation on the record. Very disrespectful in addition to the leaks I have to deal with for the past few months.
Save your money and pick someone who would respect you.
Update: Matteo contacted me and said he will fix the issue and asked me if I would remove the feedback after he does. I said ok. He seemed like he really cared. Then asked me to record where the leaks are and that he will come "next week." Then he disappeared again and ignored my messages AGAIN.

Respectfully - As a tenant of this property we highly suggest you discuss this matter with the property owner.
Our company simply performed roof repairs on an extremely out dated roof system that has been experiencing leaks for many years.
Against our judgment - Your property owner opted to repair the roof system as opposed to a full replacement.
Roof repairs simply do not carry any warranty - as it would be impossible to guarantee that a roof of 50yrs+ old is not going to experience several issues. Your property owner was fully aware of this.We are sorry for your inconvenience but we suggest discussing this with your landlord as we cannot be held responsible for the negligence of a property owner.
