We had Matteo and his team replace a section of our roof last November to repair a leak. They charged a premium for doing it in the cold weather but they got the job done. Everything seemed fine until a few months later when several of the shingles came off in the wind. This was not the quality of work we were expecting given what we paid. Also, despite the warranty that they provided they won't come back to repair the shingles that came off, and will not take calls or reply to texts. This father and son team stated adamantly that they were different from other companies because they stood behind their work. This has not been true. Not good quality and poor service.
