This is the 2nd time we engaged Tom from Empire Electrical Services for some home electrical services including replacing/installing new plug outlets and hanging a new entry light in a 17 foot vaulted ceiling.

Tom Is an excellent electrician, very friendly, responds quickly to text/emails, provides an estimate cost breakdown quickly and very flexible on schedule timing accommodating any delays that come up.

I would highly recommend Tom and Empire Electrical to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and service.

Tom was exceptional! He came to install dimmers in a few rooms, and fixed the bathroom fan while he was here! Everything, including a drive to the hardware store for us, only took about three hours. I would highly recommend him for any project.

Tom of Empire Electrical was the first to call for my enquiry in HomeStars. He is very enthusiastic and came over the next day. I wanted to upgrade my panel from 100 to 200 amps. After opening and checking my panel, he said I didn't need to upgrade as I actually have 200amps (100+100). I didn't realize this as I was told otherwise. Tom even calculated and tested the various charges like the oven, AC and others. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After about 45 minutes of explaining to me my panel situation, I am so glad that need not upgrade. It was evening and I asked where he lived. It was actually far from my house. I am grateful to Tom for his service, and it didn't cost me anything. Tom showed me exceptional customer service and I will definitely call on him should I need other electrical services. I know that I will get honest and accurate quotes from him and Empire Electrical Services.

My basement didnt have any plugs, i called empire eletrical and they came and an amazing job fron finish to end . Tom was reallu nice ans easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs good electrical work done in a timely manner and the price was much cheaper than other company that i got quoted from.

Tom is a professional through and through. One of the main reason I hired Empire Electrical Services is that Tom took the time to come out and actually talk to me. I was able to show him what I wanted and he understood even thou I didn't know the correct term. Everyone else just told me over the phone and email how much it would cost without really understanding what I was asking. I am so glad that I hired Empire Electrical Services, he is efficient, professional and even cleans up afterwards. Last time I had some electrical work they left the work area a mess and with all their garbage. Tom didn't do that, he swept up and put all of the debris into the bin. I highly recommend Tom and I will only use him in the future as he is a man I can trust.

I wanted to replace some switches with motion sensors and Tom got the job done. There was an issue with the first switch that Tom had to troubleshoot but in the end he got it working.
